Event Description
The Open Challenge Program (OCP) 6.0 is an opportunity for entrepreneurs & budding startups to work on the problem statements identified by the Industry and Academia in the focused areas of MedTech. OCP 6.0 is a platform where a startup gets an opportunity to solve the real world problems through innovative solutions. Through a multi-tier screening process, emerging start-ups will be identified, shortlisted, selected, recognized and will get the opportunity to be incubated at MedTech, a CoE in Medi Electronics & Health Informatics.
PROBLEM STATMENT
Who can apply
The startup should be incorporated as a Private limited company (as defined in the companies Act,2013) or the date of registration/incorporation should not be beyond 10 years.
If a company is not registered, an application may be made in the names of the promoter/ founders. However, the promoters/ founder must ensure that the company is registered within a period of 3 months from the date of selection for CoE.

Selection Process
- Pre –Screening, Screening & Selection
- Startup Selection & Evaluation Committee for Screening Evaluation & Selection/ On-boarding.
- All the applications received shall be subject to a rigorous centralized multi-tier screening process with involvement of appropriate experts from respective domain.
- Decision of the Selection & Evaluation Committee shall be final & binding on all.
